An upfront core charge is added to the battery pack cost.  

Battery Cost $145.00 Core charge $50.00 Total $195.00  

The $50.00 core charge will be reimbursed to you as soon as we receive your core battery pack. You will end up only paying $145.00

The CORE BATTERY PACK is due within 15 days from the date of purchase.  We must receive your core battery pack before the 16^th day for you to be eligible to receive the core charge reimbursement.

Core Reimbursement 

• You will need to ship your defective battery pack to us in order to be eligible for this CORE credit.
• Let us know when you have shipped the return package, so that we can initiate the core reurn process.
• Core must be delivered to us within 15 days from the sale date to be eligible for reimbursement.
• Your battery pack must be in an acceptable condition as described in our (Core Return Terms).

Core Return Terms

• Battery pack must be in acceptable condition.  Below is a list of conditions that will void the core credit.
• Battery pack that has physical damage.
• Battery packs that have been disassembled.
• Battery packs that have been penetrated or crushed.
• Battery packs that have damaged to cables or connectors.
• Battery pack that has been exposed to liquid.
• Battery pack that has corrosion. (coroded internals)
• Battery pack that has been incinerated or exposed to high temperatures.
• Core must be delivered to us within 15 days from the sale date to be eligible for reimbursement. 

Tech Tip:

1. We also offer repair service on the OneExpert ONX Series meters.  We see several meters with premature battery failure due to customer’s using low quality and or faulty chargers.  We all know that this battery pack is not cheap.  When not properly charged, over time the battery pack will possibly shut itself down. This will disable the battery pack, rendering it useless.  This will eventually cause damage to the cells, if they are not already damaged.
2. We do not recommend you using these cheap, low-quality chargers.  A low-quality power supply / charger can cause a number of issues, including: Unstable voltage=spikes, sags, dips and high ripple noise.  Lower / unstable current (amps) than what's labeled. 
3. Most times, the specs are not what's listed.  Why power / charge a $3k - $8.5k+ meter with a low-quality charger. 
4. We do offer a replacement AC charger that is medical grade.  Part number:  VV-ONX-ACC.
